Indian star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have once again made a major investment in real estate. They have purchased a new luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Versova area worth around ₹18.29 crore.
According to Indian media reports, the new apartment measures 2,644 square feet, located on one of the upper floors of a high-rise building. It also includes an additional 316 square feet of usable space and comes with three dedicated parking spots.

Back in 2016, Virat had booked a 7,171-square-foot luxury apartment on the 35th floor of a sea-facing building in Mumbai’s Worli area for about ₹34 crore. That four-bedroom apartment deal was later canceled, so the purchase was never finalized.
With this new property, Virat and Anushka’s real estate portfolio has grown further. They already own multiple luxury homes and land in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Alibaug, having invested in real estate for many years.
Virat, who grew up in West Delhi, also owns a lavish 10,000-square-foot house in Gurugram’s DLF Phase-1 area, valued at around ₹80 crore. The residence features a private swimming pool, modern gym, and other amenities.

In January 2026, the couple bought over five acres of land near Awas Beach in Zirad village, Alibaug, for about ₹37.86 crore. Earlier in 2022, they had purchased nearly eight acres of land in Alibaug for ₹19 crore, where they later built a luxury villa. That villa includes a temperature-controlled swimming pool, designer kitchen, four bathrooms, jacuzzi, large landscaped garden, shaded parking, and separate quarters for staff.
